Buy Side

DiVitas provides advisory services to Indian companies, Multi National Corporations and private equity groups interested in identifying and acquiring businesses that match their acquisition objectives. We help in identifying and short-listing targets whose owners are motivated to sell. We also develop an extensive list of target sellers, using our extensive network of industry contacts and databases of strategic and financial acquirers. We coordinate due-diligences, negotiate the purchase price and deal with other financial issues, as they arise.

Corporate Advisory

DiVitas offers corporate advisory services to help companies to restructure or divest non-core assets. Advising divestments is similar to carrying out a sell side advisory.
